How It Works

Outbound Notifications (CrisisGo → Desk Phones)

When an alert is triggered in CrisisGo:

1. The system initiates an automated phone call through your PSTN or SIP trunk.
2. The call targets a predefined call group or broadcast/paging group (e.g., “All Classrooms,” “Front Office,” or “Maintenance”).
3. Desk phones are preempted — switching to speaker mode automatically.
4. The alert message plays immediately via Text-to-Speech (TTS), ensuring clear, audible communication across your facility.
