When a staff member triggers an alert through the CrisisGo app, smartwatch, desktop, or IoT panic button, the system “listens” for nearby beacon signals and triangulates the source instantly on CrisisGo’s Intelligent Map inside the Smart EOC.

- Echo Badge & CrisisGo Devices “Listen”: When an alert is triggered from an Echo Badge, smartphone, tablet, smartwatch, or PC, CrisisGo automatically detects the nearest beacon signals and calculates exact location and movement through triangulation.
- Smart EOC with Breadcrumbing: The live map visualizes the person’s location trail, providing first responders and administrators a precise breadcrumb path through the facility.
